COVID-19 UPDATE

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

What does this mean for you?

  • Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 3-5 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business.  Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as  New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

 

DELIVERY 

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

Processing time for orders is 1-2 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-7 days. 

All orders are shipped via UPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from UPS to other carriers.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. 

 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.


Replacements
If the product is defective in any way,  Alluring Tools will then exchange or replace the item. Customer has up to 7 days to return.


 If Alluring Tools does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense without a replacement of product.
